Select tests
On the Results page, select the tests you want to act on. After you select one or more tests, open the overflow menu for the bulk actions below.Export test configurations
To export one test, open its row overflow (⋯) and select Export test config. To export several tests, select them, open the bulk overflow, and select Export selected test configs. When the table has tests, the header overflow menu includes Export test configs, which exports every test in the table — the same output as selecting all rows and choosing Export selected test configs. Openlayer downloads the selected definitions as a ready-to-usetests.json
array and also copies the JSON to your clipboard when your browser permits it.
You can check the file into your repository and use it with openlayer push to
keep the tests in sync. See the tests.json structure
for the exported fields.
The openlayer tests command also exports
tests, but its output wraps the definitions in _meta and items. The Results
page download is the tests.json array itself.
Run, pause, duplicate, tag
The overflow menu includes:- Run selected — in monitoring mode, run the selected tests.
- Pause selected — pause the selected tests so they do not compute results. For the single-test overflow and the paused-tests banner, see Pausing tests.
- Duplicate selected — copy the selected tests within the same project. Copies start running as soon as you confirm — in this project or another — and LLM-as-a-judge and Jev-as-a-judge copies incur judge costs on every run.
- Duplicate selected to project (bulk) or Duplicate to project (single-test overflow) — copy tests to one or more other projects in your workspace. Projects whose task type cannot run the selected tests appear as unavailable; partially compatible targets receive only the supported tests. When duplicating a single test to one project, Edit before creating lets you adjust settings first. Copies keep thresholds, cadence, and data settings. Data-source selections and tags belong to the source project and are not carried over. Column-specific settings are copied as-is; a copy is skipped at run time if its columns do not exist in the target project.
- Tag selected — tag the selected tests.
Archive and unarchive
- Archive selected — archive the selected tests. Archiving hides a test while preserving its result history, and you can reverse it from the platform.
- Unarchive selected — restore archived tests you have selected.
